Purim Ring with poppyseeds and onions

Edit: I neglected to explain what is "Purimish" about this. The shape is meant to suggest Queen Esther's crown, while the poppyseed and onion filling is because when Jewish Queen Esther lived in the palace of non-Jewish King Ahasveros, she ate only fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds in order to avoid eating anything that was not kosher.

Yum! Is that a big whirl of poppyseed and onion on the inside? It looks delicious.

That's a lovely loaf. I opened this tab much earlier today, but it made me hungry enough that I wandered off to have lunch instead of replying at the time.
